I have been using these for the last 6 months and they not only taste delicious but my hair has gotten stronger and is growing like crazy. I also didn’t realize until recently that my lashes are filling in (I got fake lashes and it ruined my natural lashes). I’m not sure if it has anything to do with the gummies but it has been since I started them. Would for sure recommend these!

I always have super fine hair and soft nails that both would break easily. but i have seen a significant hair growth. i combine it with regular hair oiling and my hair can finaly grow over its usual lenght! i still gotta be realistic, i cant achieve "perfect" hair, but this supplement is really the best so far. its been more than a month and i already saw results after 2/3 weeks.
