I have been using these for the last 6 months and they not only taste delicious but my hair has gotten stronger and is growing like crazy. I also didn’t realize until recently that my lashes are filling in (I got fake lashes and it ruined my natural lashes). I’m not sure if it has anything to do with the gummies but it has been since I started them. Would for sure recommend these!
