- We do not accept returns on any combos, bundles, kits and our 1oz & 2oz minis (and we don't refund items purchased within a combo or kit). We can only accept a product for a return that clearly has most of the product remaining; i.e., please do not send back bottles that are half-used and request a refund.
- We do not accept returns for our Micro-Fiber towel or open Botanical Tea or Hair Vitamins.
- Our Refund Policy covers products within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not refund the cost of shipping under any circumstances.
- In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We can only refund the items to the same debit or credit card that was used in the store. We are not able to see your credit card. The store saves that information.
Processing a Refund (when applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your request for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Your Return

- You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for returned items until they have been delivered to us; a trackable shipping service will be able to provide you with proof of delivery should there be a problem.
Late or missing refunds (when applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange of Items (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a replacement item, send us an email at info@BounceCurl.com and send your item to: 23910 N. 19th Ave Suite 8 Phoenix AZ 85085. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Terms and conditions box
When placing an order, you will be required to check a box confirming that you understand and acknowledge that you have READ, UNDERSTOOD and AGREE with our terms and conditions.
You also acknowledge that the shipping address you provide for your order is correct. If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and it is returned to Bounce Curl, Bounce Curl will either
a) refund the cost of the product, but not the shipping, or
b) reship the product to the correct address for an additional shipping cost.
If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and is NOT returned to Bounce Curl or becomes lost, Bounce Curl is not responsible for the package and will not provide any refunds. Bounce Curl IS NOT ABLE TO EDIT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS once the order is placed. Also, customer is responsible for any and all customs fees for international orders.
Shipping carriers, lead times, custom fees
- Shipping carrier is USPS (United Postal Service) for domestic shipments.
- Shipping/delivery estimates of product shipped within United States (excluding holidays) is 5-10 business days. Sometimes, there are delays. Expect delays at high peak times during holidays or new launches. You can track your package via USPS.com with your tracking number. It will take a few days to package your item, and then it will be sent out using the shipping options you selected during checkout.
- If item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost to the customer, once we see proof of the damage (we advice taking pictures).
- If the address you provided is incorrect, and items are returned to Bounce Curl, you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.

International Shipping & Terms:
We are currently only shipping to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Ireland, India, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, France, Spain, Mexico, Netherlands & Australia.
- All international orders may be subject to customs & duty fees upon arrival at the destination country. Please note that these fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Bounce Curl. We ship all international orders as DDU (Duties delivered unpaid) which means that we do not collect any local taxes & fees in the price charged on our website. Please do consider import duties if you are shopping internationally.
- Shipping to an international address can take 30 or more business days. Your international package is trackable to the end destination. By placing an order with Bounce Curl, you authorize us to facilitate shipment to your address outside the United States. You also acknowledge that, pursuant to the custom laws of your place of delivery, your shipment may incur duties and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
